Course Schedule
CAC encourages the use of alternative modes of transportation. Students who are dropped for non-payment will lose their reserved seat in their classes (including waitlisted classes). Seats are not guaranteed to be available for re-registration. Re-registration is the responsibility of the student. Students may be dropped multiple times during the process if payment arrangements are not established before the next drop date. By registering for college classes you are accepting financial responsibility for all related tuition and fees.

Your entire balance must be confirmed by financial aid (not just filling out the application), an active payment plan, or full payment. CarpoolingA carpool is an arrangement in which two to six people traveling in the same direction ride together in a car. The driver picks up fellow carpoolers at their homes or other locations for the final trip to work.

Participants generally agree in advance on schedules, routes, and carpool days. Depending on the type of arrangement, employees may carpool full-time or part-time, depending on their individual needs. Carpools may have members who work at the same worksite, at different locations or for different employers. In most carpools, each person takes turns driving his/her own car.

Central Arizona College is committed to continued development in this major growth area which is centrally located between Florence, Coolidge, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction. Schedule an appointment with your Academic Advisor today to select the perfect schedule before classes fill. The Pinal County Board of Supervisors approved a Travel Reduction Ordinance for Area A of Pinal County on December 13, 2000. This ordinance requires schools of 50 or more driving age students in Area A to provide information to the Pinal County Travel Reduction Program Administrator.
Hybrid classes meet using a combination of Face-to-Face (F2F), Online and/or Live Streaming modalities. Hybrid classes may require in-person testing at designated locations. Face-to-Face classes meet at designated dates, times, and locations as indicated in the Class Schedule. To demonstrate this commitment, Central Arizona College decided to close the small center and build a brand new campus to accommodate the local community. After roughly one year of construction, Central Arizona College’s new campus in the city of Maricopa opened for business on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 with an array of classes.
Students must submit required third party authorization forms to the Student Accounts office in order to become exempt from the drop process. Students receiving VA benefits must verify eligibility with their CAC Veterans Certifying Official in order to become exempt from the purge process.

You can join a carpool that doesn’t need a driver and pay your share of the gas expense. You can carpool anywhere from one day a week to every day—as often as your schedule permits.

These classes meet via live streaming using a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard. Live Streaming courses may require in-person testing at designated locations.
